[Identified] The issue appears to be related to the Microsoft Windows October 2025 Cumulative Update, which is impacting certain login flows on Windows 11 devices. Sitelink MyHub remains available and can be used as a workaround. To help prevent disruption, we recommend temporarily pausing Windows Updates on affected computers until Microsoft releases a fix or follow-up patch that addresses the issue. Learn how here: https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/windows/pause-updates-in-windows-643e9ea7-3cf6-7da6-a25c-95d4f7f099fe Please note: The three patches in the update include critical security updates designed to mitigate risks for Windows users. By temporarily removing or pausing the installation of these updates, you are accepting an increased level of security exposure. Historically, in situations similar to this, Microsoft has released subsequent updates that both preserve the original security fixes and resolve any issues introduced by the initial patches. We’ve also created a Help Center guide with more details: https://support.sitelink.com/hc/en-us/articles/35656812302231-Sitelink-Login-Issues-After-October-2025-Windows-Update Our team continues to collaborate with Microsoft and is actively testing solutions. We appreciate your patience and understanding as we work to restore full functionality as quickly as possible.
